After a welcoming ritual, where we say goodbye to our everyday lives to make room for reconditioning, there are long caresses, holds and cradle holds so that you can immerse yourself in your inner worlds in a centered and collected way.

In the second part of the massage, the focus is on your spine, your back and - if you have any - your tense muscles. In this phase of the massage, essential oils or muscle-relaxing creams are also used.

The third part of the massage is about increasing sexual energy, whereby the whole body is involved. The sexual energy is increased in waves, with repeated pauses and not a single arousal curve described. I take plenty of time in this part of the session so that you can still feel the experience of the invigorating energy long after the massage.
