The process:
Once you arrive at my place, we will discuss your issues or any physical complaints and needs in a preliminary conversation. Beforehand, I ask you to take a comfortable shower with me. We begin the ritual with a short guided meditation to help you arrive. Afterwards, I carefully remove our lunghis. The skin is now sensitized and prepared for the massage with warm oil.

As a trained masseuse, I can also incorporate Hawaiian Lomi Lomi elements into your session upon request. Please inquire again if you are interested.

Open your heart, connect with your Kundalini energy. I would be happy to show you how and accompany you. Your chakras will be opened, cleansed, and brought into flow so that the energy in your body can flow more freely again. I would be happy to give you tips on how you can apply this in your everyday life.

Please always allow an additional 30 minutes to allow the massage to end in peace and to shower.
