Search premises for eroticism in Zug

my name is Magdalena. I am looking for premises for erotic (massage) to rent. The premises should be in the city area of Zug, ideally commercial and it should have a 🚿 kitchen or a tea kitchen and at least one room that is big enough for a seating area, dining area and work area. A small studio would be an advantage but is not essential. I have the option of installing a shower and a tea kitchen myself if all the connections are there.
