Daily rental = CHF 150 / Weekly rental = CHF 950 (7 days at 9 hours/day)

Hourly rental with a 35 percent tax on income* is available. *Local and industry-standard rates

Suitable for massages, bodywork, cosmetics, therapy, and consultations.

Use of the shared cloakroom, shower, toilet, and kitchen.
Parking space available for daily rental.
Water, heating, electricity, music, Wi-Fi.
Easily accessible by car or public transport. Discreet address in a residential area. Parking available.

Exclusive services include:
Cleaning, laundry
Cleaning of the shower before and after each guest
Lunghis, towels, bath towels, bathrobes, sheets, shower gel, care products, etc.
All included for a daily flat rate of 20.—
Use of the spa area is also possible upon request.

Fixed rent

The basic price is the rent for the first room including electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. Without furnishings, 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a deposit of 1000.--. For long-term rental (min. 4 months) 1290.--/month.

Additional fixed costs are:
10.--/day cleaning of the cloakroom, toilet, and shower for customers.
CHF 10 per day for use of furniture, towels, bath towels, bathrobes, bed linen, shower gel, toiletries, etc.
Use of the shared cloakroom, shower, toilet, and kitchen.
Optional: CHF 10 per day for parking.
Plus 10% of the rent for stays under 4 months.
Use outside of fixed hours.
